Biography

I was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. I attended Texas A&M University as a first-generation college student and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in English and Political Science in 2018. Before graduation, I applied for and was accepted into Teach For America, a nonprofit that places teachers in schools with limited resources throughout the country. I had the opportunity to teach high school English for two years in my home region before attending law school at St. Mary’s University in 2020. While in law school, I participated in the Civil Justice Clinic for family law. I graduated in 2023 and became licensed thereafter.

As a family law attorney, I understand the hardships clients face in a family law case. I believe that it is important that clients have an attorney who cares about their situation and who can empathize with them. It is also important that a family law attorney have a passion for and extensive knowledge of family law. I have the passion and knowledge required to advocate for your interest and will do so to the best of my ability. Family has always been my most important value, and it is a privilege to be able to help families in my community.

When I am not working, I am catching up on movies, books, or T.V. shows with my dog, Scout. I am also a foodie and enjoy trying new restaurants and experiences around the city. I also like to spend time experimenting with new baking recipes or exercising.
